Billing & Overages

How Client Connections & Billing Work

This article explains how client connections, monthly client credits, and overage charges work inside the app. Our billing model is designed to be fair, predictable, and to ensure you’re never charged twice for the same client.

What Counts as a “Client” in the App

A client is defined as a unique business or individual that connects to the app for the first time.

When a client connects:

  • We track unique identifiers and sessions

  • That client is permanently recognized by the system

👉 Once a client is recognized, you are never charged for that client again, no matter how many assets or connections they add in the future.

Multiple Connections ≠ Multiple Clients

A single client may:

  • Connect multiple ad accounts

  • Link multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)

  • Reconnect or update assets later

All of this still counts as ONE client.

You are only billed when a brand-new client connects for the first time.

Monthly Client Credit Allowances by Plan

Each plan includes a set number of new client credits per month.

Included monthly credits

  • Lite Plan: 5 new clients / month

  • Agency Plan: 10 new clients / month

  • Business Plan: 25 new clients / month

These credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.

What Happens When You Exceed Your Monthly Client Credits

If you exceed your included client credits in a given month:

  • Your existing connect links remain active

  • Client profiles are not unpublished or disabled

  • Connections continue to work normally

Instead, an overage credit bundle is automatically added.

Overage Charges Explained

When you exceed your monthly client credit limit, you are charged $20 for an additional bundle of client credits for that month.

Overage credit bundles

  • Lite Plan: +3 additional client credits

  • Agency Plan: +5 additional client credits

  • Business Plan: +10 additional client credits

These credits are available immediately and apply only to the current billing cycle.

Important Notes About Overage Credits

  • Overage credits are not prorated

  • Unused overage credits do not roll over

  • Charges apply per bundle, not per individual client

  • Additional bundles may be applied if usage continues beyond the added credits

Best Practices to Manage Usage

To stay in control of billing:

  • Monitor how many new clients you onboard each month

  • Plan onboarding spikes around billing cycles

  • Upgrade your plan if you consistently exceed your limits

Summary

  • A client is only counted once, ever

  • Multiple connections for the same client are free

  • Each plan includes a monthly allowance of new clients

  • Exceeding the limit triggers a $20 overage bundle, not service disruption

  • Your workflows and links are never blocked due to overages
