How to Migrate From the Legacy Admatic System

Admatic is now back up on a new system with improved performance, better tracking, and a more flexible billing model. Migrating is simple and only takes a few minutes.

Follow the steps below to move your account over.


Step-by-Step Migration Process

1. Visit the Migration Page

Go to:

https://app.admatic.io/migration

2. Enter Your Billing Email

Use the same email address you originally used during checkout (Stripe billing).

This allows us to:

  • Identify your existing account

  • Preserve your plan and pricing

  • Apply lifetime access if applicable


3. Confirm Your Agency Information & Start the Trial

Once your account is found:

  • Confirm your agency details

  • Start the migration trial

This creates your new account in the updated system.


Password Setup & Login

After completing the migration steps:

  • You’ll receive an email to reset your password

  • Once set, you’ll be able to log in to the new app


Important: What Needs to Be Reconnected

For security reasons, connections and configurations do not carry over automatically.

After logging in, you’ll need to go to the "Connect Profiles" section of the platform:

  • Re-sync your platform credentials

  • Reconfigure any previous settings or webhooks

For Lifetime Users

If you’re a lifetime user:

  • The new client credit system does not apply to you

  • You will retain your lifetime access and benefits

  • No action is required related to credits or usage limits

  • You will see you have "credits" but it is set to 1000 new clients a month. 

You can migrate and continue using the platform as normal.


For Non-Lifetime Users: Credits & Billing Explained

The new system introduces a client credit model, which applies only to non-lifetime plans.

How the credit system works

  • You are only charged when a brand-new client connects for the first time

  • The same client can connect multiple assets without additional charges

  • Credits reset monthly based on your plan

Monthly client credits by plan

  • Lite: 5 new clients per month

  • Agency: 10 new clients per month

  • Business: 25 new clients per month


Keeping Your Existing Pricing

Even though plan prices have changed:

👉 You will keep your previous rate after migrating.

Your:

  • Plan level

  • Billing amount

  • Renewal terms

will remain the same as long as you stay on your current plan.


Overage Credits (If Needed)

If you exceed your monthly client credits:

  • Your account is not paused or restricted

  • Connect links remain active

Instead, a $20 overage credit bundle is applied:

  • Lite: +3 client credits

  • Agency: +5 client credits

  • Business: +10 client credits

Overage credits apply only to the current billing cycle.
