What is Go High Level:
Go High Level Is an all in one marketing platform built mainly for marketing agencies. You can house multiple brands/clients as subaccounts, create automations, sms/email campaigns, manage social media, sales, project management, and so much more. How our app works:
Our integration with Go High Level is used on subaccounts/location level. The goal is that it is meant for you as the agency to connect with it on the location/subaccount you use for your own agency.
At this time what our app does is allow you to directly connect your account to your sublocation so you can create integrated workflows within the automations section of your account.
Currently we offer these items:
Triggers:
1. Connection Event Received
You can setup a trigger in a workflow to run whenever any of your connect links receive a connection.
Our trigger passes along all of the data from the connection event so you may now use it as filters/conditions within the rest of your workflow.
Actions:
1. Generate Primary Link With Custom ID
You can also generate your primary link URL that will be configured with a custom ID from GHL that you can use to track that user when they perform a connection.
You can generate the link and then include that link any any other actions in your workflow.
Example: You move an opportunity to "Won" and then automatically generate your connect link with a custom ID from the contact record in GHL. Then you can use that link to send your new client an email to access that link within your workflow.
How To Connect Your Account:
- Make sure you are logged into your admatic account
- in the same browser Log into your Go High Level Account
- Go To Your Agency Location/subaccou
- Go To App marketplace Within Your Location
- Search "admatic"
- Click on the our app tile
- once in the app page click the blue "install" button
- You will be taking to admatic to verify your account status or create an account if you haven't yet.
- You're GHL location will now be connected to your Admatic account.
Understanding Triggers
By using the native trigger in Go High Level you can begin a workflow now when any user initiates a connection on any of your connect links you may have.
It is important to define the customID to find the user within Go High Level. If a user initiates a connection without a customID parameter on the link you won't be able to find the right contact to use in your workflow.
That is why you should combine the trigger with our action that generates you're primary link with a customID ideally the contact ID of the GHL record.
Creating Conditions From A Connection Trigger In Go High Level
When creating a condition for the statuses of the different assets we send in the payload data from the connection event in Go High Level you may want to define if a certain asset failed or was not provided by your client. Here are the ENUM values to use:
Success: We were able to successfully verify or make the connection to your clients account
Opted Out: Client Chose To Opt Out Of Providing Access To This Asset
Not Requested: Your Connect Link Didn't Ask The Client For This Specific Asset
Issue: The asset was requested and there was an issue in the connection of it.
